The Kok­ko­la Sports Park Alliance launc­hed its first plan­ning pha­se rough­ly a month ago, in ear­ly April. On Mon­day 2 May, the mem­bers of the Alliance got their first chance to int­ro­duce them­sel­ves to the Kok­ko­la City Council and give a situa­tion report on the progress of the first pha­se of design.

Timo Sivu­la, Kok­ko­la Urhei­lu­puis­to Oy’s Mana­ging Direc­tor, pre­sen­ted the pro­ject and made a note of the pro­po­sals put forward during a deba­te regar­ding Kok­ko­la Aree­na at Kult­tuu­ri­kor­jaa­mo on 19 Janua­ry 2022.
